I would say that is pretty accurate seeing as he is in a human strength body, with durability. In short a gun blast would have to be concussive to the point where it knocks him out at least.
Wolverine can take more damage, but he does get knocked down, and can need time to recuperate himself. He's not supes ya know.

Kidneys: death from internal bleeding
Neck: Causes intense pain and lack of movement for minutes.
Anything in the stomach: is a dead giveaway
An unpulled punch from spidey is capable to do any of these easily, especially to the other combatants. Only minimal strength is required though.

What's happening here is nothing more than another case of: "I'm going to ignore Spidey's other powers such as superhuman speed, agility, equilibrium, durabillity, endurance, leaping ability, etc, then I'll downsize his superhuman strength to the point where someone like DD or Cap. A. could survive one of his unpulled punches to the point where it could be believable in one of my arguments." Seriously, whether or not you believe that Cap. A. or DD could or could not survive an unpulled punch from Spidey or whether or not you'll believe the many alternatives to a victory for Spidey over Wolverine does not concern me.....but please, don't mock me for not accpeting crap writing for fact, if you don't like the fact that I don't then fine, dispute it, but making fun of it won't change a thing.
As for the Darth Vader thing, it's not like I didn't admit that Darth Vader could win, and he could possibly beat Spidey 10 out of 10 encounters....but without his telekinesis, if Spidey simply zeroes in on his spider sense and superhuman speed I doubt that he would have trouble evading a lightsaber.....

Or whether Spidey can target and strike such areas with makeshift chops and kicks due to speed and agility which truly leaves them far behind in comparison.... And they may not even argue with the fact that Spidey's far more durable than any of these guy's (from impact's and body damage).. 😎

I still don't get why anyone thinks that wolverine's human when he can stagger hulk with anadamantium headbut, stand up to two namor shots, survive nukes, jump 35 feet in the air, back flip and front flip from one speed vehicle to the other and remain balanced, survive the sun, tag spidey all three times they've fought, catch characters that transcend light speed, tear through webbing, get hit in the spine by a stealth bomber and get up fighting, get dropped 11 stories and get up at a full sprint....the list goes on and on and on.......did anyone think that maybe just maybe those "handbooks" might be ummmmm wrong?
