during the rooftop fight spiderman was punching through steel pipes and brick walls..he obviously wans't holding back all that much, spiderman had more hostility in the situation AND attacked from behind.....it proved that wolverine can avoid spidey....that wolverine can hit spiderman...and that wolverine can nail spidey in the face with claws if he wants... holding back cigar smoking wolverine>>>>angry hostile spiderman.

Wolverine can slice with his arms and shoulders.

He doesn't need that much strength to do so, and he was taking it easy on him.

i had a guy in my base that lifted 800, I'm about spiderman's build and he couldn't THROW me that far, much less knock me that far. Care to explain why?
I'm not saying the feats are credible or not, I'm saying the fact that spiderman should leave matches untouched most of the time.
Either way I agree, in a comic book peter loses, in a logical hypothetical match, he wins.

I understand that, but they've been shown to contradict is my point, they make him suspectible to some things and not others, like that stupid handicap to kitty.
I can't knock a person that far..but I don't have above peak human strength.....did he bench 800 pounds? cause if he didn't.....the points' irrelevent completely...
however..throwing someone is not the same as punching them away...he couldn't throw you that far because his muscles were probably strained to do so....wolverine's muscles heal AS they strain....aside from that this guy lacked the sufficient amount of fighting ability that wolverine has...when you train in martial arts you become capable of doing so much more to a human target than you otherwise could..considering wolverine's experience it's no wonder could do that to a 160 pound fighter who happens to utilize his lightness on his feet....not grounding himself for any prolonged amount of time.....
he can KO logan with enough trauma..but it isn't likely he'd be able to do that before getting stabbed...
