I think you missed the part where Spider-man is faster, stronger, quicker(reflexes), and more agile than Wolverine with the added bonus of being borderline pre-cognitive.
Versus all 3 at once, it depends. Is it to the death(At which point Caps team wins by default, unless by some freak chance Wolverine actually concedes before Wolverine(plus it's not bright to make the Avengers fight to the death.)
If it's just a fight to see who lasts and a knockout puts you out of the battle(we'll say Ironman is ref to decide when Wolverine is officially "out". We'll say as soon as it takes longer than a 10 count to heal enough to stand.)
Regular bone Wolverine would be broken in 2 by ONE of Spideys punches, so we'll use adamantium.
1 on 1 3 times, Spidey would win. Daredevil is no match(a normal human), Cap is barely a match(peak human) and Wolverine last would be tough, but Spidey'd pull it off. If he was first, Spidey'd win 10/10 easily.
If it's 3 on 1, Spidey'd struggle and probably only win 3/10. 5/10 if he got Wolverine out first.

Cap is stand-up guy who won't throw a punch if Spidey is down(Although he's enough of a tactician to know that throwing a punch when your enemy is off-guard is only cowardly if you run afterwards).
Daredevil respects his friend enough to give him a fair, clean fight, but smart enough to take his opening.
Wolverine respects Spidey and they ARE friends, but they have a sort of Rivalry and neither one of them is above playing dirty against the other.
In the end, though, Spidey would only win by keeping his aerial superiority. Wolverine would have a hard time quickly getting to Wolvie, Caps shield isn't exactly faster than a thought, and Daredevils not really Mr.Range. Doesn't mean all 3 of them, with Cap as their leader, won't find some way to catch him off guard.
With anyone but Captain America on the team(and I mean someone of his strength, etc. So no, don't say "Well She-Hulk would break Spidey easily!" 😛) and especially not acting as the leader, the team would probably fall apart.

Well i do agree with Who?kid, but i'm giving an alternate thought. With Cap around it is never a a individual fight. We are talking TEAM. And Cap is the best in marvel to lead a team, sometimes....no matter how big.

Spiderman will never loose, because he got Spidersense, web and kill anyone no matter if they are better, with one punch. he even takes 5200000 people, and still have time to whip cap dare devil and wolverine at the same time, while beating Cyber Ninja in his sleep.

Spiderman has lost in many threads, when their opponents had means.
We tell you points and you ignore them, noone said spiderman wins because "he's cool", and I think spiderman and cyber are pretty close.
Most of your side keeps putting up clips, and doesn't really even have a premise, its an annoying loophole argument. Not necessarily aimed at you.
numbers aren't everything, they don't overwhelm him in speed, strength, agility, they don't have precog either, they can't escape nor outmuscle the webbing either.
