Spidey can't beat all of them, but he can if its one-on-one. however, there's a twist. each of them can beat each of them one-on-one in certain circumstances. for example: there is a scenario in a comicbook where DD beats an angry Spidey <where anger makes Spidey sloppy, although DD KO'ed Spidey after a series of combos> however, if its tag team, i'll go with Spidey-DD tandem, because they rapport & style. they can beat the old geezers big time. DD can dish out a frustrated freak like Logan, then Spidey can wallop dozens of kicks to the malnourished soldier.
Spidey can beat one indivdualy. but seeing as they are working together he just cant win even if spider-man is faster and has a spider-sense he still can't win with cap in charge anyway
as long as the 3 work as a unit and manouver spidey into i dnt know dodge caps sheild then DD's billy club but then dsnt have enuff time to recover from a slash to wolvy spidey is beaten, if they try attacking him individualy however Spidey would pwn them. (well ok spidey has outmanuverd the x-men like in secret wars) but i think having cap as the leader of the group will tip the favour. Of course i could be annoying and say if they were fighting him when he was captain universe they would have no chance but i won't.
