Youre not getting it. Daredevil has superhuman reaction time due to his senses.
A "normal" person wouldnt be aware that a car is going to blow up, therefore they wouldnt be able top REACT in time to move out of the way.
A "normal" person wouldnt be able to react fast enough to move and dodge bullets shot at point blank range. Daredevil does because of his senses.

Youre absolutely right. IF Spiderman were to connect with a strong enough blow to the head, DD would be finished.However, DD is able to see bullets cutting through the air and dodge. Spidermans punches arent faster than bullets. Therefore DD wouldnt have trouble dodging Spidey punches. Simple.

with two other people there to help him out... it more probable that he won't have time to secure a decent shot in.... especially if DD's just there for distraction or to wear spidey down for the other two as my scenario hinted at...

Spidey's a multitasking dude and honestly the fastest out of the trio still ain't fast as Spidey is.

Its more due to the fact that Venom is as fast as Spider-man.
