I have to go with Spiderman on this one. He simply his the mobility (web swinging and wall crawling) to stay out of the range of most of the attacks of the group. They all could be webbed up to stop them (even Wolverine, though Spidey would have to be careful about how he webs him) and don't have the strength to break free. Again Spidey can pick and choose when and where he fights these guys and can easily get out of their range.
Spidey would have to be very smart about how he fights and not get drawn into a 3-sided fist fight, but I think he could win.

I'm not so sure. At most the trio has about peak human speed and reaction time and Spidey has webbed guys much faster than that.

Well, Spidey webbed Speed Demon from behind, so its not like SD was actually trying to avoid being hit with the webbing. It looked as if he didnt even know Spidey was there. Secondly AFTER being tagged with the webbing Spidey stated that SD is starting to take off at full throttle. So when he was tagged, he wasnt even going at top speed. Either way in this fight, the trio are ready for Spidey and i doubt theyd get tagged with webbing. Especially DD and Cap.

Is that symbiote Spidey with enhanced abilities? Either way, its not like hes never been hit before. Spidey would have just as hard a time with hitting them. At least not hard enough to ko one of them.
I think its just a cloth costume but I'm not sure.
DD had to "confuse" Spidey's spider sense to get a hit in. I'm not saying that Spidey will curbstomp the group or that the group can't come up with a quick plan that would work. But with his webs and his greater mobility, I just see Spidey winning more often. I mean all he has to do is climb a few stories up the face of a building and he's practically out of their range.
