It says Satans name is Lucifer, The Fallen Angel. I doubt that God created him as a bad person, at first Lucifer thought he was stronger then God so he challenged him, and of course was banned and went to hell. :l

What scripture does it say that Satan's name is Lucifer?....Originally the word Satan was just a name for something or someone bad, and since the gospels were written during the Jewish Wars, the Unbelieving Jews were said to be Satan...Later on it was used for the Pagans.
