Read any official D.C. source and will tell you the same thing. He can control the gravitons of anything he touchs to a certain degree. That is why he can fly. Whether DD is faster than Flash is uncertain. But one thing is certain, and that is DD caught up to and intercepted Flash with a punch while Flash was running at an incredibly high (but not his fastest) speed. My point is not to compare his speed with Flash but with Hulk and Juggernaut.

Hulk was rendered unconscience many times by creatures ( such as abmination) way more powerful than him at the start. In his unconscience state he changed back into Banner. They beat Hulk before he could gain sufficient strength. DD is even more than any of those creatures.

thor speed is only a 7 because he can dimensional travel. Marvel in the newest handbook state that thor can run up to 100 mph and fly at orbital speed. Thor can hold his own against doomsday, thor has face down mangog, destroyer, kurse, demolisher, midgard serpent, ulik who surpass doomsday in power and abilities.
Doomsday will have the advantage in strength from the beging but then thor will throw on the mystic armor and the belt of strength which make him more stronger than before surpassing doomsday. Thor speed is his advantage in battle his figthing speed, reflexs are very uderrated remember he is warrior born he is not your average god he will fight to the end.
Can doomsday take a godforce blast, hell no. Thor hammer is the key in battle, it will do some serious damage to doomsday inflicting great bodly damage this the same hammer that destroyed a planet with one hit from the hammer.
Even doomsday will fill pain and in time will buckle under the power of thor's hammer, also thor ccan release his godly energies like he did against Durok who die in battle fighting thor in Ragnarok and Durok is more powerful than thor and doomsday.
