I went to see it this morning..and i actually enjoyed it..i like vampire films..and ok i admit it i like Hugh Jackman! And i don't care what anyone else thinks, you all have your own opinions.

😕 I never said Mel Brooks did write or direct the movie (sorry, I wasn't very clear). But it is similar in the way that you either love it or hate it. Isn't it kind of a spoof on every old horror movie? Maybe not.

You cant say "you either like it or not", if ppl dont like spoofs then they wont like it. If they do they'll love it (I'm talking about Mel Brooks).
Ven Helsing is a Action / Adventure / Horror / Fantasy, I like these types of movies and so do lots off ppl. Some didnt like this movie. I thought it was a bit boring and didnt really captivate me. Plus it resemble James Bond too much.

Ven Helsing just puts "all" the mounters together, its not a spoof.

OK, people who say "you don't get it" are just trying to justify such a crap movie.

It was supposed to be an action film about horror characters. That's it. The action sucked, the comedy sucked, the acting sucked, and I had seen everything done ten times before.

It wasn't a spoof. The fact that people are trying to support the film by calling it a spoof shows how much the film makers have failed.

People liking movies simply because of WHO is in it? WTF? Since when do you judge a movie based on that?

hello people..... i would like to go and watch this movie but i get all spase mode when i see blood so can i ask the people who have seen van hesling if the are any major gross bits in the film........

On to the judging thing, you shouldn't like a movie just because of who is in it OR because of the genre. Just because you like vampires and it has vampires doesn't make it good.

Isnt there one actor/actress that you like so much that no matter how bad the movie is you still enjoy it?!

How come everyone 💃 Kill Bill? Its not that good. Its nothing new. Ok so its probably the first film like that which is not dubbed o wow. And Uma Thurman is well ugly anyway.

What the hell am i talking about this is Van Helsing right? Ok firstly i wanna know where the HEL (punn of the week) this director dude got the idea to do van helsing and secondly why the hell does Van Helsing use stuff which was made like in the 21st century in a time which was set in like the 18th century? I mean how cheesey is that eh?

No, there are no movies that I will love because of who is in them just because of who it is. I will go to a movie because of who is in it but it doesn't mean I will like the movie. There is a good chance that I will like the movie since I like actors who are good at their job, not just good at looking good.
