There's a guy from Ethiopia mentioned in the Bible. He was up in that area on business and meets Paul (?) on his way home.

no one calls bardock or zeal on it, whats with the chicken hate?????
and ya sorta

To be historically accurate, there were actually black people in the Middle Eastern area during the B.C. era, due to the fact that Africa and Jerusalem and countries of the like were practically right next-door to each other.

Africa is a continent. Jerusalem is a city.

Modern science has proven that you're parents can come from a place other than where you were born.

In the 4th chapter of Genesis, after Cain slew his brother, Abel, he went into hiding with his wife. I remember reading something about him with "a woman of dark skin" or something to that extent. I could be wrong.

He goes how and "knows" his wife a couple times.

There are people who think that the "mark of Cain" was to have dark skin. But those people are idiots.

There wasn't ANY mention of race in the Bible.

Jesus could possibly be black, but most likely he would be mistaken for a terrorist today.

"Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots?" seems to imply that Ethiopians have skin somehow different from other people

Obscure Bible quotes for the win.

Wow. I stand corrected. Kinda eerie though.

That's the only mention of race in the Bible (that I could find in a few minutes on Google) so you might as well be right. I don't think you can begrudge the use of a metaphor though.

😐

Well. We all sorta come out of the lower middle east, stretching into Egypt and parts of Africa. It's where the human life evolved.

...

But irony is knowing that Jesus would probably be killed in parts of the southern United States right now, because he'd look a lot more like the stereotype we have of a terrorist than any of us.

he's also a hippy, so he'd be beaten to death by the police in no time flat
