Bush has won for the second term!!!

mental note, don't tick off PVS, that boy can debate!

Coots, you shouldn't have to know someone for them to make sense. That is just an excuse or a sad ploy to make oneself seem more important than they believe themselve's to be.

Something either makes sense or it doesn't. Scrutinizing one's personal situation has no bearing on if a greater truth makes sense or not.

The only lie I know of is how we understand each other and what point we are trying to make. I'm thinking on behalf of me, you are thinking on behalf of you, and you are assuming my train of thought is nearly what your train of thought is. There is no way you understand at the direction I'm making a point from. As the other way, I won't be understanding you, I also won't be accusing you of lying, but about what I said on the meaning alone, not connected with politics or anything, I've lived that experience many times and I've changed people who were angry at me to realize where I stood. You have to know me and completely understand the whole picture and then I do make perfect sense.

So when I "spew" something like You don't truely know me. You don't.
That is fact. You can think you know me. You can't prove it, the only one who knows for real is myself. I know me. It isn't rambling. It is fact.

yeah yeah yeah ok

anyway

a fallacy is a warp in logic, which leads to a false conclusion.
it is not always a lie told on purpose (unless you are a lawyer)

it has nothing to do with what i think of you, so dont try to spin it.
you post to prove a point, and want others to see it your way, therfor you
have an obligation to YOURSELF to not fall for such fallacies. otherwise, you are wasting time and energy.

It is also the truth. If you know someone, lived with the person, and you communicate to live to tell the truth, and you know a person's thoughts and they don't have to say a word and you know what they are saying, that is efficient communication.

The only problem PVS has is that the basic concepts of understanding where I come from is foreign knowledge. What is funny is that I grew up on a farm. That is funny to find a person that assumes I say one thing to infer the next thought, it just isn't how people communicate in Iowa. It is important to make yourself clear. Don't use words that I've seen over and over in phrases I've only heard from you. It only shows me that you have a system of debating that relies on debating. I don't debate. I have a technical mind with 8 years of science and I grew up as a Lutheran. I've connected everything I learned to fit my life. I hope you remember this post, PVS, because if you know this, don't keep repeating everything you have at me. I'm not trying to debate, my purpose is to know the truth. Finding the truth (for certain) is not a debate. Finding the truth is a drawn out process that takes more patience than most people can give me.

It is fun to see what you have to say though PVS> "Make no Mistake" though if you take my meaning. I am here to find truth. That is my purpose. I don't find truth in the media, I'd much rather know you personally to see where you are getting these ideas. Then I can find reason and understanding. That is how I work scientifically. You must tell me honestly what you think without any slight exaggerations. Any names used in place of Bush like "Idiot" are completely taken as you are very biased toward Bush for some reasons based on your environment, beliefs, and parents. I'd really like to know where you stand on why you think conflicts in family occur. Then you begin to realize that conflicts on the global scale are similar, but they are more complex because more people have a decision to effect the society. Same principles apply. If you don't communicate exactly what you mean, the society won't understand you and will only understand you less. Language, a barrier that the French have resolved in their country by making it the only language. That is what I very much agree with the French on. Everything else, I pretty much disagree with the French.

Coot, you keep coming back to "you have to understand me" or that you base all your desisions on personal experiences that we can never understand.

Then you believe all that bush says and criticise others for believing anything else.

Your arguements are often cyclical or nonsensical. The original question I asked was a simple on, why did you vote for Bush?

Having listen to you ramble for 30 pages in this thread the only thng that I have learned about you is that you avoid questions and deflect issues through changing the subject or going off on tangents.

- Ad hominem. Latin for "at the man". This is a debating tactic that attacks the arguer and not the argument. PLEASE, debate the words that people post, not your idea ABOUT the person that posts. e.g. (member x is a liberal so his objections to the Iraqi war will obviously be unfounded)

[straw man tactics]

my dad voted for bush, my mom doesnt give a shit enough to vote.

any other labels you would like to tag on me?

your arguement seems to contain more text as it weakens...funny huh?

VERY WELL SAID KINGCOOT! 😄

oh not this thread too.
are you jacky's friend?>

As far as I'm concerned, I don't type exactly what I mean, forgive me on that. I fill in words with my mind and continue to type thinking I've typed a point when I haven't. It is a likely reason Bush doesn't speak perfectly. A republicans vocal and debating skills come after the fact that he has found a solution that will bring an end to the problem. The only tough part is that the solution is not normally thought of and makes people who have feelings ask the ultimate question. WHY????? hahahah. I'll leave it at that.

When I speak on behalf of republicans and partly for Bush, I am seeing certain quirks I have and reasons I don't speak or debate like a democrat. Democrats debate on feelings (traditionally) and Republicans debate on solving problems based on the founding fathers philosophy (yeah usually under God) but what can you do? I find the "good book" to actually guide you to an easier life over time no matter if you believe in God or not. Do what you want even if I tell you to do this or that. I inferred it from my previous post. I'm that complicated, so I just leave out huge bits of my thought process. I hope that further explains why Bush doesn't speak well. It is hard to believe someone who goes to a prestigious University is an "idiot". You just lost me when you use that word because I think everyone has the potential to improve on that status.

Actually, it was hard to find a point in all that.

No. Never heard of Jacky.

"As far as I'm concerned, I don't type exactly what I mean"

Aside from that being a ridiculous post that negates all that you have said before this point and relieves you of any responsibility of what you said, you still don't make alot of sense.

I get the sense that you were a bully in elementry school!!! Do you usually hate people who have a different point of view from you???

By the way, many idiots go to prodigious universities, alot of them are called legacies.

*gives CHRISSY1 a wedgie, takes her lunch money and stuffs her in a locker*

yeah, ok, try to pigeonhole me

KharmaDog, do we have a language barrier? Is there any language other than english that you have spoken before? That would help me to know that. If not, sorry I'm from Iowa. We just grow corn. Not like corn who grows Tobacco in Kentucky.

Knowledge is the awareness or understanding of an act, a fact, or the truth. Wisdom is the ability to apply knowledge in everyday life.

Just thougt I'd help you out there Coot.

English is my first language, and I like to think that I have a fairly comfortable grasp of the use and comprehension of the English language. I can also speak french and a little Ojibwa if that helps you out at all Coot.

PVS, have you failed me for the last time? If you read anything with meaning. I said I'm not making a point, I'm searching for information. THIS IS NO DEBATE. JUST ASKING FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE. I can't make a conclusion on any of your information. You haven't told me how you think family conflicts are resolved.

This is no debate, I'm seeking the truth, that means THIS WILL TAKE MORE PATIENCE THAN MOST CAN GIVE.

And you have not told us why you voted for Bush.
