I think Carnage had Batman gripped by the 2 second mark. Remember though this is Carnage and Venom. In a published book VS. these 2. Carnage and Venom'd have to start fighting each other. In the confusion Bats calls Supes and Supes takes care of them. DC ain't letting Bats die. Especially not in a crossover.
Well don't these guys act in character? If so he wins this fight by letting them kill eachother and then picks the victor. Anyway, what I was trying to get at, is that while I do agree with the crossover, I feel it's only one of the many ways the battle could have gone. And a writer would have to pick that one due to space restraints, wouldn't he?
Thing is, this ain't a book. These are always hypothetical. We're writing the story, but unlike Marvel or DC, we ain't worried about continuing book sales or keeping fanboys happy. For some reason Venom and Carnage have put their beefs aside and they think Batman's brains might taste good. I think they'd find out very quickly.

venom would crush batman's head in his hand while carnage made a saw out of his hand and cut off his limbs...batman cant fight anyone in marvel pretty much...he can and would get raped by just about everyone...you look at the bad guys he fights....oh no not the penguin...or a guy who laughs ..come on now if you think batman could even beat venom or carnage by them selves never mind together then you are on some serious crack

i know of the sonics device of which you speak. He used it in Batman hush, However one sonic device wont save him from both venom and carnage..............
ya but how the hell would bats no to use it he wouldnt...batman doesnt get to use 3 days of investigating his enemy .. he would be standing there scared straight he wouldnt know what to do...
because if thats the case then you can say that spidey can beat sups...he would sit at home and investigate what his opponent is weak too find out ...go get it then kick his a**...

but thats what im saying if they know about each other either one of them is going to know what to do and what not to do...carnage and venom are just going to hang back and wait while batman isnt looking and ***** slap him then run away.....batman doesnt have special sences... he wouldnt know...and im sorry they can stay hidden long enough to jump him...and dont forget that carnage shoots sharp objects for far away...batman wouldnt know what to do...so they would still be able to kill him from a far.....and like i said if all of them met for the first time with out knowing one another batman would be dead in like 2 seconds
