Venom and Carnage vs. Batman

if you knew someone on the street was holding a gun and you had nothing to defend against it would you run up to him and try to fight...of course not...same instance

How can people be seriously debating this, is beyond me...

Batman would win, if he had two sonic guns and shoots both at the same time, or he could lead them into a trap, or just make a loud noise. but, Carnage could hurt him, by throwing some daggers out of the symbiot or something. it counts on who hits who first.

Are you guys playing. No way my Boy bats going to beat my Boys Venom and Carnage, at once. Sonics or not, there are too of them, and they don't get affected that much, and that quick anymore.

Batman carries sonic-sound devices on him at all times, and uses them decently frequently enough. To summon the bats..... used it to mess up Superman, because the sonics messed up his super-hearing... as general distraction.

Still not saying he'd win, because I'm undecided, but it's out there on the table.
