Probably a tie in for the Avenger's movie. Just like how Thor's hammer was in Iron Man 2.

have to say i liked the destroyer they showed at comicon. looking forward to seeing it onscreen.

The movie seems to have huge potential, but considering how they screwed up F4 and XM, I'm not gonna pump up myself before it comes out. The guy who plays Thor looks "in character" tough he might have been a bit bigger, like 20 pounds heavier, I mean in the comic books Thor's huge, he looks just above the average gym rat onestly.

This is under the Marvel Studios banner; not Marvel co-producing with a film company. Like with Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk, Marvel has put up the money and has creative control. Once they get the rights back for some characters from 'certain' studios, they will do the same with them.

And Chris Hemsworth seems the best compromise of size, muscle and acting ability. I'd rather have him than some steroid head out there who can't act a lick.

You're right, I'm just scared they might screw over my second favorite character with a bad film. I'll try to stay optimistic.
