Master Chief vs Samus Aran

I know, which is not possible, not in reality. But it is a game. I dont think the game makers would pay attention to all the little details...unless of course the gas is contained in the clip itself, then it is possible if the gun is air tight.

The Scarab does shoot...it's in the campaign. Again, there is a scaled down hand held version of the Scarab gun, it does exist, read it Bungie somewhere, and no it was not a fan fic or anything.

Inconsitency? He can hold more than one weapon, how is that in cosistent, and the argument of game developers wanting it that way is not a weak argument. Halo would be no fun if you could carry all the weapons and mass amounts of ammo, it would be too easy.

I never said he could carry them all at once. He'd just pick two of the better ones. And if Samus needs to carry massed amounts of weapons it shows she can just bring an army of ordinance with her...

Proof the scarab gun is an easter egg. Don't you think it would be a little convenient that Chief has a vast assortment of weapons lying around for him to use? There's also the fact that it's not available in any level other than Metropolis or in multiplayer. I doubt that would happen. Plus, Samus could just as easily pick them up and use them against him.

That's everyone's response to an inconsistency between the games and the books, "the developers just didn't want it to be too easy." We never see him hold more than 2 weapons in the books (not including pistols) so we should presume he is not able.

MC could easily then pick up weapons from Samus's world and beat her with them too.

What weapons from samus world? all space pirates have it attached on they're arms.

duh. Samus doesn't go aroudn carrying a gun. it's an enhancment to her ARM CANNON. And unless MC has an ARM CANNON it's going to be quite hard for him to effectively use it.

and in ripping it off might cause some damage? We dont know how the arm cannon actually works, so theirs no proof that he even use it once he rips it off of her suit. But there IS proof that Samus can just use her other free hand to pick up a simpel gun from MC's arsenal and just shoot it...

Or use her Grappling beam to toss him around the place 😛 and about the 4000 pound shit, did you get that from "the oh sooo seemingly holy books"?

No I got it from the manuel and it says so in the game. Next time you try to own someone...maybe you should know at least something first. He can lift a few tones at least, a ton is 2000 pounds. So at a MINIMUM he can lift 4000 pounds.

I never said MC would rip the gun of Samus's suit he'd get his ass kicked five times over before he even hit the ground if he tried that. I was talking about the pirates.

Grapple cannon wouldn't work I dont think, Chief can dodge missiles from a air craft...he'd most likely dodge it. How much can it lift?

OK, how come he cant even hold his SMGs steady while spraying? How come he had to DRAG the covenant bomb with BOTH his arms his arms and very very slowly at that? Fly up in like 3 secs. And about flipping vehicles over, I say it's just a useful game mechanic, it wouldnt be especially fun if you practicly lose your vehicle if it where to fall over, which they do, very very often.

Edit : WTF 🤨 the Grapple beam is far from the same thing as air craft missile, and when does he dodge one? In the books? Anyhow, the grapple beam is swifter than missiles, and I think she would actually be able to snatch MC's weapons with it.

1) Being able to life 2,000 tonnes+ does not give you the magic ability to hold a gun straight, maybe if MC was 2,000 tonnes himself.

2)Its called physics. The bomb had spikes in it. Thus the spikes would have dug into the ground and caused mass amount of friction between the bomb and the ground. Actually being able to move the bomb in the first place is something.

So? You can't deny that he can lift over a tank even if it is a "useful" game mechanic.

Actually, no. There will be no weapons from Samus' world becausse all she will need is an arm cannon that has infinite ammo. MC only h as access to weapons from his world, but if they're just lying around so does Samus. And the grapple beam is not a missile.
