master chief has an armour with the weight of 1 ton. He has high agillity and are stronger than a bear.. he is manipulated to kill. he has it in his blood, litteraly.. even if he get out of ammo, he still strike with enormous power.. however samus is a gread warrior, but she would not have a chanse against the odds chief is facing. uncountable numbers..

well in actual fact the flood is actually a parasite that i think can posess and take over "any" organism or lifeform. They are i think the actual reason why the halo rings were created i think so that they could be wiped out cleanly.
Except that the flood managed to wipe out the race that made the halo rings before they could get to the flood.

Well what Halo actually does is destroy the food the Flood need to survive. Anything that lives is its food so when Master Chief nearly activated Halo he was about to destroy himself and anything living in that part of the universe.
