they'll just vote for someone who promises them lollies or looks nice. i dont think they should be able to because they dont have much to do with the government or anything, so what would they know about tax or rights or anything. they just vote and never hear about it again.

when children can be held accountable for there actions then they can for vote..

some children are like that but others arent. I am under voting age but I am differnt. I have a political view.

Problem is, majority of people 18 and yuonger aren't educated, they like pretty colors and big words.

I know what I'm talking about politics wise 😖mart:
And no children should not be allowed to vote who are under 10.
Some don't even know how to count properly 🙄

I am very politically-oriented, and I would love, more than anything, to have my voice heard....but I know that won't happen. Not until I turn 18, anyway.

yea Jeff well we can't start making exceptions

I think certain exceptions should be made though. I will again state that the election in 2000 was decided by 500 votes. That unheard of. If 500 more people had voted, the outcome could have been different. If underage kids had been granted that right, then we could have a different president right now. But alas, the law won't change anytime soon, and probably ever.
