You missed my point. Quiero Mota frequently speaks in Spanish and acts very patriotic about his heritage, he has spoken in favour of Latin figures previously and highlighted the fact that they were Latin. It was a perfectly well founded assumption to say that I THINK he might like Eddie more or even at all, because he's Latin. Like it or not, my assumption was just. I didn't say it was right.
Quiero wants to go around promoting Latin culture and embracing and shouting about how proud he is to be Latin, even going so far as to speak a language that not everybody on a discussion board may understand (Ignorant, considering the idea is to communicate as effectively as possible) and that's fine, but it works both ways. You can't do that and then get all upset when someone connects patriotism and patriotic nature to you.
If he likes Eddie for no other reason than his "talent", then fine. I never claimed to be right.

It's usually ignorant or unintelligent people that don't see my points. Anyone else I discuss with seems to be able to do so. You just can't grasp things.
My point is clear: My assumption wasn't intended as negative, I wasn't poking fun at his race. My assumption was based on very clear and fair reasons which I have explained. The way he conducted himself on the forums previously was also a factor. If I was wrong with my assumption, fine. I never claimed to be right.

Someone said some time ago the Eddie didnt "deserve" the WWE title. As long as you've watched WWE since when does Vince and the board of directors actually give a damn about who "deserves" the title. They dont look for talent and all of that other B.S. they look at who is martketable and exactly how much money they can make off of them.
Eddie by WWE standards was not Championship material UNTIL he beat his "addictions" which turned into something martketable i.e. proof is the upn special he had, the constant promos of him talking about it. The magazine cover he graced * Other than WWE * where a full length article was talking mostly about his rise from the bottom of the bottom with battling drugs to rising to the top to get his family back and eventually the WWE title.
And although you say Eddie wasnt entertaining I have to admit I liked him despite his short comings on the mic. Maybe it's because although he's not the best he DEFINATELY isnt the worst i.e. Batista Brock Lesnar hell even Sable and yet the list goes on and on.
So basically the hype that Eddie had surrounding him definately boosted his career cause I have to admit when he first won the title I felt the same way I did when Rey won it * Anyone who's been reading slightly anything I've had to say knows what Im talking about *
But when I saw his story I had a change of heart and I think thats what happened with millions of other fans. I gained respect for him because although he was at an all time low he still beat the statistics and came out on top and although I shouldnt mix his job with his personal life Im a very sentimental person so I'll admit it got to me.
Exactly, and that's why people who aren't championship material, become champions. Not by earning the belt, but by gaining "respect" off things that don't matter.
Furthermore, if he was a professional he'd have overcome his addictions and got on with it, but no. He selfishly used it to get himself more popularity. A drugs problem isn't a marketable gimmick, it's a serious issue.

* Eddie Guerrero is not my favorite wrestler, but he without a doubt deserves the WWE Title... and the fans appreciate it... Eddie was not that good with the mic either but he was a good in-ring performer, i mean, eventhough he's not my favorite, he makes his matches worth watching... i mean with just one click, you can switch the channel yet with Eddie around, well you just gotta like him... and it's not because of his nationality or race, it's because of his performance...
* Kurt Angle, on the other hand, no offense to all Angle fans but Angle looks stupid, but look at the guy, he's also a good performer... i still like to watch his matches eventhough he looks stupid in my eyes...
* we got different tastes, some are Stone Cold fans, or Rock fans or Undertaker fans... but let's face it, it's their performance in the ring that counts most... but IMO, The Rock fills all those blanks, the performance, the wrestling moves, the charisma on mic... too bad, he's on showbiz now...
