I think he'd tag Superman out of the air before he tried to fly away and retreat.
I would point out that in the time it takes Wolverine to move his arm Superman would of flown to Australia, picked the country up, Returned and dropped it on Wolverine.
I won't even touch the class 50 thing.

1st wolv cant hit supe's if he's flying at him at double the speed of light, hell he wouldnt even know what hit him
2nd supe dosent need special equipment to fly, nor does he need his cape, when he fought doomsday his cape and most of his suit was ripped from him and he had no problems flying
3rd how wolve gonna sneak up on him? he has super hearing.......he could hear a pin drop 1000 miles away
