yep because a true fan would be pissed about that moronic change.and for your information,sony will not allow Raimi to make the movie the way he wants to make it because in the june 2002 issue of wizard magazine he said he would love to include gwen stacy in a sequel,well there has been no sign that gwen is ever going to be in a sequel.all signs point that sony will not allow Raimi to make the movie the way he wants to because just like stan lee -who was against the organic change,there are indications that even though Raimi says he liked the idea of organics,he really doesnt,that he was just going along with whatever sony wanted.they are the producers so he has to go along with whatever they tell him they want in the movie.
in fact, the girl screaming in the building window inside the office, when doc oc climbs the wall was suposed to be gwen stacy , but saimi edited her role as gwen as it wasnt really necessary to the history cos she didnt met parker anyway.

spiderman was a shy ,but good adaptation, get a dictionary and read about it, but come to think about, the only hero movie beside 70s supes and 80s batman that worked was 90 or 2000s x man, so raimi and sony were walking on no man land, they couldn see what was coming to them, they were totaly blind, and couldnt risk adding too much things about the movie history.
spiderman2 was a good movie in plot,the background story,the dialogue still shy, nice action ,you see? they learned they could risk a bit more,but that all . a good sequel that surpass the first movie.
punisher a good movie? daredevil?? they completely killed the character of frank castle and matt murdock on those movie, and ben aflleck was the mercy headshot for the fans of DD, electra from day to night becomes a power ranger girl and try to get her father killer,not to say that daredevil must had built his place reading wayne´s indoors decorating, cos he has a bat cave on his house.
and i agree with TFP i really think he is mr parker, i though he was more mature. guess i was wrong.
Ok one thing that most definitely did suck about the Spider-Man movie was Goblin's costume.Boy oh boy was it awful.I mean ok they didn't have to have him look like the comics exactly.
But did they have to have him in green plastic? He looked like a Power Ranger villain.I kept expecting Rita Repulsa to jump out any minute lol.
They could of given him the hood,or a cloak.I mean the Goblin is supposed to strike fear in his appearance somewhat.How Aunt May screamed when she saw him I'll never know.I would of laughed if he burst into my bedroom.
The only cool thing he had was the glider.
If you would have preferred Green Goblin to look like a demented girl scout then obviously the one in the movie was not for you.
I however didn't want to see him flying around on a glider that I could bring down with a catapult whilst wearing a skull-cap not seen since the days of wee willie winkie.
