nothing.. just going to cause more problems.

Like I said, I ate Legos and a little snotty preschooler. I knew better than to munch on glass. Atleast Legos are plastic and can be chewed...same can't be said for glass.

If they're old enough to go to school instead of staying home with mommy then they should be old enough to be held accountable for their actions.

I know as a child you saw broken glass on the floor....did you ever feel the need to eat it?

We're talking about a 6 year old not an infant. If you can dress yourself then you should best damn well know that eating glass is dangerous.

A) not all kids go to preschool when they are 'ready', ever heard of dual income families? in case you havent noticed.. our economy SUCKS and people do what they have to just to make ends meat, i am living proof as we speak

B) My nephew once tok a glass ball off a tree & took a bite because he thought it was an apple. Should my sister ban apples from her house now? Get real

3) 6 years old is school age, NOT preschool

Live a little before you subject us to your petty, ignorant ramblings would ya?

They were talking about it and the kid is undergoing a surgery to remove the blood from his lungs. They are all in the living room screaming and speaking in tongues right now

you mentioned that if he stabbed a kid he would be a serial murderer, which is not the case, and i want to know how you came to such a conclusion

No, I never ate broken glass as a child...wanna know why? Because if something did get broke, it got picked up right away! Wow, what a concept. Cleaning up after yourself. I'm not saying that if there was glass I would have eaten it, though.

Point is, the glass shouldn't have been on the floor to begin with. He should have told someone or cleaned it up. At the same time, the teacher should have been watching the kid.

you're right.

It still doesn't explain what confessing solves though.

Or at least the dumb kids fault for eating the stupid thing. I didn't mean to kill the poor kid.

You said he was in the hospital...was this an oversight on your part? Or are you lying? Because if you are lying, you are a sick, sick individual.
It's almost like I'm asnwering from a legal point of view and everyone else is answering from a moral view.

Yeppers. I hate to say it, but technically Cosmic Moose didn't do anything wrong. Yeah, he was being stupid, yeah he was irresponsible, but it was the kid who hurt himself. If a parent drops some Legos (or something) while cleaning up and a kid chokes on one, is it the parent's fault? Indirectly, yes. Legally? No.

Edit:

They were talking about it and the kid is undergoing a surgery to remove the blood from his lungs. They are all in the living room screaming and speaking in tongues right now

Errr...right. I'm fairly certain that this is a bunch of shit and you should be banned for being an ass.

Oh...my...GOD.

I did NOT say that he would be a serial killer...

You know what? I'm done talking about stupidity with you...

Confessing will number one, teach this kid some responsibility and that you can't run from your mistakes. Number 2, it will help with his guilty conscience. Number 3, the parents of the injured child will know how it is that their kid was hurt.

also ruin cosmos life.. send him to jail.. ruin his parents lives..the kid would still be dead(or severaly injured) the parents would still feel sorrow for thier child.

Right. I'll do that. Just as soon as you get your head out of your ass.

Hey, Cosmic_Beings, how old are you anyway?

then dont talk about stupidity with me, get over your self indulgence and arrogance and stop assuming your intelligence is higher than that of others.

Cosmic, tell your pastor...
NOTHING will be gained by remaining silent.
There is a child at stake...you owe it to the family to fess up & accept the consequences. At least then you will be right with God, which in the end is all that really matters...

AND THAT, my friend, IS WHAT IS GAINED BY CONFESSING

Do you know what you are going on about? Have you any clue? When and WHERE did I say I was more intelligent than you?

great, thanks for the speech about the American economy, and thanks for the insight to your childhood. Remind me to give to the Goodwill more often.

Ban apples? Wow...that statement was just ripe with intelligence. I assume you mean a Christmas ornament with your "glass ball off a tree" explanation...

I got an idea, why don't you cry for us some more over the potential death of yet another human being. Sure it's tragic, but so is every death.

Hell, this kid probably isn't even going to die....if he's real.

Just remember what you're getting worked up over....

he said stop ASSUMING you are.. and also you are being arrogant.

Want proof of being arrogant? check through your posts.. you do nothing but insult all of us in here.

And Kid Rock, like it or not, Cosmic, this child and now you are now on my prayer list. I sincerely pray for your enlightenment.

Scott, sweet, he's a kid.

Wanna know why else CB should confess? Feigning ingnorace and keeping quiet is the same thing as lying. And lying is, no matter what religion/moral system you follow, is not the right thing to do.

Well the 'talking slowly' to me, the implication you need to use crayons to get a point across to me.... Or have you forgotten what you posted?
