Not sure about it being a sin, I thought there were the seven deadly sins (nothing against homosexuality there) and if your broke the ten commandments. And I like this quote... But to my view, I can see no reason what so ever, that a gay person couple, in a happy relationship, shouldn't be allowed to adopt, I don't see how it could be detrimental to a child, or society, and I think it would be a sad day when prospective parents sat down and said "your an Italian and I am an African American lapsed Catholic, I don't think we should have kids because they might be teased at school", or "Yes we are in love, but we don't want to adopt a child because it might be teased". Kids can be mean, spiteful little urchins, but that is just letting the small minded, bigoted bullies of the play ground who pick on the overly smart, or overly religious, or overweight etc win.
