Very important information regarding Halo 3 beta testing. If you signed up for it read this.

There will be 3 ways you can enter to test Halo 3.

1) Register for the test at Halo 3 website

2) Some of the Crackdown games will come with Halo 3 beta keys (sorta like Charlie and the chocolate factory... golden ticket anyone?)

3) Play Halo 2 for 3 hours from February 1-3 where only 13,333 people will be selected. For this to happen you still need to have registered see (1) and you still need to have an xbox360 with an xbox live gold account.

Nope... thats it. The best way to be in the testing is to find the specially marked Crackdown game that says it has a beta key inside for Halo 3. I dont think simply by signing up you will get the chance.

That sucks, I don't think I will try and enter, the odds are way too low to get in.

So far, I have just bought mine for those reasons, and just bought other games because they looked good, GOW and Halo 3 are just the MAJOR reasons

Beta testing screenshots look wicked, as does the anti vehicle laser thingy.

I got an email today about when the keys will be sent.. according to the email in the next 2 days those who signed up and that have been selected will get a key.

Hmm...I'm guessing human technology is getting better quite rapidly, they now have "laser" weapons!
