I just couldn't wait that long to play it.

So I never got into the original Xbox. I was against it. SO I never played the first 2 Halo games.

I'm still kind of against Halo, but I'll be finished Gears of War soon and I'm feeling the need to get into another shooter.

I'd only be playing the Single Player Campaign mode of Halo if I were to get it.

So my question is, was the campaign mode/ the Single Player storyline any good in the Halos games? Are they worth picking up and playing?

My favorite part of the Halo games, I loved getting a buddy and playing through the story. 😛

Halo's campaign is pretty good. And finishing the game on Legendary is a nice challenge that will drive any casual Halo player nuts, but it's fun.

yeah I've never had a complaint about the campaign modes.. I expect H3 campaign to be every bit as good and better

The campaign is definately worth it on its own, I got Halo 1 and 2 when they first came out and I am still playing the campaigns in both games quite often. I think that they are both awesome.

I still play Halo: CE's campaign all the time. I've probably logged hundreds of hours on that game... I know all the levels by heart, basically. I can talk and act out all the cutscenes, lol.

V.I.P. ruined Double Team for me. Maybe it's because I played DT with my 13 year old nephew who is somewhat dumb to objective based games, but it still got annoying. I either played V.I.P. or TS. TS is fine, but V.I.P. bored me after a while.

Big Team Battle is ranked now. Yay.

Hmm...love the Beta. Will soon become a Major 😎

I feel the same way, and for different reasons you do about double team and VIP, I did it on High Ground and it was terrible...
