If they dont show that, what are they gonna put pictures of.? I mean when you want someone to donate money, you need to show them and give them proof that what your doing is not a scam. Even so, its to show people across the world what theyve never seen before and how horrible some places can be. People need to know why theyre being asked to take out their wallets.
I know Anderson cooper gave a great response to people emailing CNN saying their content was to violent. Well he said " he says no one wants to see the pictures, but we have to because they are human beings as well." It is true, us Western people shy away from these kinds of images. I thank CNN and CBC for showing such realistic graphic images. I think by showing these scary pics people want to donate more. I think people are donating more this time because of that.
Also I am pissed at our Canadian government. I swear the press is going to murder our PM when he comes back. The media is pissed. However the donation's from three provinces of 18 million is very good and private denotations have collected so quickly its impossible to keep count.

Global news put a large estimate of dead in Indonesia may increase 4 fold. Um!!! Guys everytime you say wild stuff like that it becomes true.

THEY got an email saying " your not aposed to show dead babies on TV" Well imo, if that's what it takes for the west to help, so let it be. 🙁
Now there is fight between press and Goverenment in Canada. Te gover said that the 1$ for every dollar donated is not in the 40 million and it is a extra. The press say it is in the 40 million. However i heard that "Canada will match 1$ for every dollar donated by Canadians (that could be as much as US has given) and that is seperate from the 40 million pledge." So 40 million plus that 1$ for 1$ raised thing The media is so messed here.

Just imagine, what if a hailstorm and the rain of fire will burn the whole world? Tremendous number of world's population will suffer from that - not just a hundred thousand. It's not impossible. That would be the time God's pronouncement will be fulfilled. I'm not a prophet, but Jesus Chirst already warned these things will happen.
No one knows when, but surely it will come, like how the earthquake and the tsunamis came.

I live in Asia. In fact, we're just Indonesia's neighboring country.
Our country, the Philippines, has just suffered from three strong typhoons (all three attacked at the same time) and many were killed three weeks ago.
India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia are now taking their turns.
Where will be the next and when?
