How much do you train? And with how much weight?

I only uses 10 kilo weights, but i think training with little weight for longer time is better than heavier weight for shorter time🙂

I train 4-5 a week with larger weights it better to use those if you want to gain mass faster.I benchpress with 130-140 kilos it depends on my "condition" I do biceps curls with 55-60 kilos for the back I use 75-80 kilos for the legs i use the leg press with about 160-170 kilos it really depends on how much I'm willing to train at that moment.

I don't train mass, just keeps myself healthy😉

Martial arts is my hobby, so i need to stay in shape to keep up with my opponents🙂

I just do 12oz curls 😛 🍺

I'm going to start doing cardio training cause there were times when I had heart and lung aches I think it was because of the lack of cardio.

And Soleran, i run some kilometers... I think 5 at morning, 10 at evening. Just to keep in shape🙂
