I train 4-5 a week with larger weights it better to use those if you want to gain mass faster.I benchpress with 130-140 kilos it depends on my "condition" I do biceps curls with 55-60 kilos for the back I use 75-80 kilos for the legs i use the leg press with about 160-170 kilos it really depends on how much I'm willing to train at that moment.
