What would you say is the max # of reps and sets a person should perform if thier goal is to increase muscle mass ?

Oh goody, another sock and as usual; unimaginative.

Soleran, 2 hours isn't "forever" and it's not like I am doing just my biceps or just my upper chest for 2 hours straight without small rest breaks.

There were times when I was doing a 3-4 workout daily but I did separatly like 1 hour in the morning 1 in the afternoon 1 at night but it made no sense.Nowdays I train 1-1,5 hour a day.

I would say a split routine during the day like the pros use is really no more than 35 mins per session giving a total of 1 hr 10 mins without cardio so if you're doing Cardio and a two session split 1.5 hrs a day is probably O.K.

It only takes 1-1,5 because I do some extra work on my biceps.....
