Afterward, we just goofed around...she took pics of me flashing the camera, and i kept them for myspace.

Being nude is fine; nothing wrong with that, but why are you covered in an oily grease?

Dude, i duno....she wanted me to apply it....i would have just looked dry otherwise, and since they weren't black and white photos, that wasn't desirable. Ne ways, i like the way the pic looks 😄

i know most of you will go "eww yucky", but im proud 😄

Alright then, if the photographer requested it; must have been necessary for the look she wanted.

I was thinking it was some weird shit you were into...

I'm in decent shape as I workout 4 days a week, two hours each day. If you hit a snag and need some tips I'd be happy to share my [limited] workout knowledge. PM me if you need.

Thanks...Soleran is already giving me some pointers, but i will sure ask you from time to time...

I used to work out obsessively, last summer I was 165lbs, more muscular than today (im 5'6, so it made a difference)....this year i did not have the chance to consistantly work out...school and work made it almost impossible, so i lost weight.

I am seirous about the 300 thing though...when i saw that movie, i wanted to hit the gym that minute....

Two hours is far to long if you are using resistance training. Stimulate don't annihilate.

If you cannot tell that his picture is photoshopped beyond belief...well.

Look at his head and neck, it stands out like a bear at Crufts.

I promise you it's not photoshopped...only the smiley face. But I'm really flattered that you think that. Thanks 😄

What in real life?

I don't know. I have to say Robtard, was it? Hasn't a clue if he works out for 2 hours a day.

He might do a mix of cardio and wight lifting within those 2 hours....

But yes, it is a fact that lifting heavy for two hours is not healthy for the muscles. Short, but intense work outs are actually better for gains.

Even if he's doing Cardio it seems far to long unless he is losing weight. Weights no more than 45 mins. Intensity is the key. Aerobic training in the zone most athletes do no more than 45 minutes. If he is an endurance athlete the will do about 1 hour 30 a day aerobics and about 30 minutes weights that would make two hours but would you like a body like most marathon runners? He might spend 2 hours in the gym, most of it talking, he might be a social trainer looking for friends.

Less is usually more with weights, most people over train.
