You made a quick comment on the "pro" and you didn't illustrate your 2 hour workout. Of course that leaves you open to jabs.

Actually 20 minutes 1 session a day in the zone after weight training as your heart rate has gone up. Minimal cardio is required whilst building muscle to avoid catabolism. When the size you want is reached then more cardio is used or before a show etc for losing fat on an anabolic diet with the accelrators (carbs) removed for maintenance.

But you knew that?

No I said the cardio was aditional to the split if you read back. So not a quick comment at all. You read it quickly.

Um, there was no hypocrisy in what I wrote. I even said you didn't outline your workout, 2 hours seems obsessive without discussing your goal.
