If we're using/thinking classic WW, and not the current version, I think she beats every incarnation of Hulk. She takes the majority. I save some wins, but can't speculate how many, the Hulk takes when she can't dispose of him quickly. In those scenarios, she is toast.

None of these characters ever move at 100x the speed of light in a planetary atmosphere. Wonder Woman has been tagged by Mongul, Solomon Grundy, Despero, Konvikt and many other characters that shouldn't be able to hit her. The Hulk would hit her. When did it become a proven fact that the lasso would be able to overcome the Hulks will? Exactly, it hasn't. Therefore there is a chance that he may be able to resist it. In terms of strength the Hulk far outstrips Diana, and have we thrown her character completely out of the window? When does Diana fight in a hit and run fashion? She gets up in her opponents face, and takes them on. I recall how she fought Konvikt, and there was no trace of her using hit and run tactics in the confrontation.
Diana would revert to type, fly in and get beaten down. Besides her tiara that could be blocked, what other long range offensive abilities would she use? Toe to toe she wouldn't win a brawl.

though I think the first thing you need to do is explain how an attack that covers a huge range of sky (frequently dropping Avengers and others from the sky) is suddenly tanked by bracers which at best cover a few square inches...

The bracers have blocked heat vision and Darkseid's OE. They can block some measly thunder claps.

as for distance, his much weaker Savage Hulk incarnation has knocked Thor, IronMan and a bunch of Avengers out of the air with it, in the past. I don't see WW being at all superior to Thor, let alone Rulk, in damage soak.
