Nightcrawler doesn't have superhuman speed, he has enhanced speed. Read the new Official Marvel Handbook on the X-Men. And yes rotting organic tissue does smell worse. Threw up the first time I smelled it in biology.

What I been trying to argue is that Nightcrawler literally announces his presence. No way would Nightcrawler be able to catch Bruce by surprise. Yes, Nightcrawler is stronger. But Bruce's costume is literally an armor. Batman goes up against global threats. His costume is not made of spandex. Its made of the best armor, a billionaire can buy. Batman even has alien (Martian, Kryptonian, Akoloptian) technology in his costume. Nightcrawler would get several hits in, but eventually Batman would have his number and take him out with a well-placed blow to his solar plexus or something.

Anyway...

Superhuman means better than any human.
Batman is a human.
Therefore:

Nightcrawler > Human
Batman = Human
Nightcrawler > Batman

I repeat, Instantaneous teleportation. Unless Batman has some sort of hidden means of detecting a teleportation before it happens, he could not defend himself. On the subject of his armor... there's a little area on his face that is uncovered, called his mouth.

You cannot seem to grasp the concept that batman is only human, and has no enhancements. Batman is not faster than Nightcrawler, nor can he teleport. Nightcrawler could avoid all of Batman's attacks.

pr1983, you haven't told me anything except "Batman would see it coming." This is a very weak and vague arguement considering the fact that batman possesses no means of forseeing a instantaneous (faster than lightspeed) teleportation attack.

first of all, i have given plenty of reasons (as has draco) why bats can beat him, its not my fault if you choose to disregard them...
