Well I thought it was. For me, with the Bond movies, I've always had to take them with a couple tequila shots, you know? To be able to gloss over how they made this or how Bond survived that or whatever.

But Daniel Craig's Bond is able to be more of an action hero than just a sex god. There are several chase scenes where it simply seems that Bond is denying gravity - but if you look more closely at his physique, it's like - you know, I do really think that's possible [Casino Royale was especially good at this.] I'd skip Quantum of Solace, just know that it's "Bond on his own, ignoring his orders to get revenge."

I think you should watch Casino Royale and Skyfall, and try to go in with no expectations. Your expectations will be filled to the limit within a minute, with no clinging feelings from previous Bonds.

I found this bootleg place that sells old movies

Bought a few ones, Superman 3 is really good.

Richard Pryor is thee best actor ever..well of the best lol

He can change his range of characters really well.

Miami Connection. Ninjas in Miami? Yes Please!

Watched "Safety Not Guaranteed," With Aubrey Plaza [sp?] from I believe Parks and Rec. About a man who's invented a time machined and puts an ad in the paper asking for a partner to go back in time with.

A truly marvelous indie flick with all the charm and wit that goes along with indies.
5/5 Highly Recommended.

It's been a very long time since I saw that. I've been meaning to see it again, I have it. It was awesome.

I saw Fast 5 recently. I actually really liked it, even though I've really never seen a F&F movie. The Rock vs. Vin Diesel was EPIC. It was a very fun and well done piece of pop entertainment for sure.

I've also been watching Game of Thrones and thoroughly enjoying it. Almost to Season 2..

Finished AMC's show "The Killing." Turns out that I knew who it was all along. Complete shot in the dark guess with very little reasoning, of course, but I was right. 😄

Life of Pi. Meh.

theater: G.I.Joe: Retaliation

Started a new show on Netflix - Lost Girl. Okay, guilty pleasure territory, but I lurve it. 😄

croods - going to buy this movie, made me laugh made me almost cry made me laugh..hehe

prophecy - Christopher Walken is young in this movie. It was okay.

devils rejects - Me likey

History of violence - Me likey

Warm bodies...total meh...

Galaxy of Terror (1981)

Cool Sci-Fi Horror by Roger Corman. James Cameron worked on set and got his big break on this. You can really see how this film influenced Terminator and Aliens.

At home : Zero dark thirty | at theater : The Hobbit : an unexpected journey.
