Ghosts of Mars was pretty bad, only memorable thing
Spoiler:
was Pam Griers head on a spike, I've nothing against her but I was surprised she was killed off so quickly
and maybe I just cannot remember but I think the scene didn't make any sense.

Hidden for those of you yet to see it. 😄

I liked it. A return to 80's trash cinema. Morbid and claustrophobic.
An elite team against uneven odds.
John Carpenter made a good old school classic. It makes sense peeps today hated on it.

But I liked it. 🙂

I agree, it's trashy fun. In that sense, I like it too.

Hopefully SBS doesn't censor the movie.

Otherwise JiBi Hi Fi for $7.00.

Don't know why they would censor it when its going to start at 11.35pm.

Yeah original version which is only like 10 years old.

Wish I could say more without spoiling the "twist" but Brolin & Olsen in the remake should make for some interesting scenes.

Watched the first three episodes of "Doctor Who" with Christopher Eccelstein as The Doctor.

Definitely bingewatchable.

The new Evil Dead.

I had mixed feelings. Some of they stuff they added I liked, but some of the style choices and things they changed I thought just made it come across as more of a run-of-the-mill horror flick. The bizzare humor and ridiculous surrealism of the Raimi films are largely what set it apart. But it's still pretty over-the-top and hilarious at times. Maybe a potential Unrated version will be funnier.

I have vague memories of the plot and the reason the movie is 'infamous'. I think I was told some of the spoilers but luckily I've forgotten. Its on my list to watch.
