Last Movie You Saw? (Theater/Home)

It's a good movie and a fun ride too

if you're expecting it to be of the 1933 caliber or the Peter Jackson remake, You'll be disappointed.

Jupiter Ascending

Kong; Skull Island

Beauty and the Beast (2017)

Kickboxer Vengeance.

Max Steel. Have to say, maybe because I had such low expectations, it was a pleasant surprise. Josh Brener did a fantastic job as Steel's voice and the rest of the cast did a decent job as well. I wouldn't have paid to go and watch it on the big screen, but as a way to pass time at home when nothing else is on, it's good enough entertainment.

^^^thats how i wound up watching Kickboxer Vengeance. 👆

I'll get around to Max Steel eventually. Never watched the cartoon, oddly.

I really didn't think Peter Jackson's remake was all that good, honestly. Yeah, the special effect were a big upgrade and I enjoyed the first half or so, but something about the rest of it was sort of bland to me. This Kong was more of a pulpy fun ride.

Texas Chainsaw (2013)

Meh.. Best thing it had going for it was Alexandra Daddario and Tania Raymonde...

Certain parts dragged on too long.
I watch it in pieces when i watch it.

Also with the Peter Jackson version they added alot of filler to it.

^^^Oh god yes.
Most was interesting, at least the first time around, but a chore during repeates viewings.

I think that's Peter Jackson's thing, making shit way to fvcking long.

Rogue One: A Boring Star Wars Story

BORING A-F

I last watched the movie ASSAULT ON PRECINCT 13 (1976) on VHS 🙂

Kong: Skull Island second viewing. He really is going to **** that reptile up. Kong is the true king.

I recently watched Interstellar again; excellent movie...

Nolan is really good at making exciting set pieces (the Mountain sized wave scene for example) and this movie shows that very well...

Also, Matt Damon as Dr Mann (the evil version of the Martian) was awesome...

Very good movie...

theater: Power Rangers

Home: Rogue One. Man, was Vader sloppy in that final scene against the grunts.

First three Bourne movies.

Don't see what the hype's about. They're ok, but you've seen one, you've seen them all (And the reveals are all "Well, no shit."😉

Case 39
Ever After
TMNT Out of The Shadows

Holy shit, that was one of the stupidest parts of that movie.

Advanced technology to travel through worm holes and visit distant planets, but they couldn't see the enormous waves from space before landing on the planet?

That movie sucked. Nolan's big space epic that took place in a corn field.
