Justice League: The Snyder Cut (2021)

Finally finished it after 3 or 4 sittings, heh. I have to say I actually quite enjoyed most of it. It is light years better than the turd we saw in the theater. Much closer to a Watchmen-esque work. It has much of the character development that the theatrical version eliminated.

Hellboy II: The Golden Army (2008)

Godzilla Vs Kong

Bill and Ted's face the music 2020. It was garbage. It was well made and produced however I found that the weight of the characters was not as good as it use to be, in other words making a movie in the 80s and waiting for a large gap in time to produce the 3rd installment in the 20's will not be up to par because so much time has passed.

Boychoir 2014. Featuring Dustin Hoffman and Kathy Bates. 10/10
Worth watching a second time and it's a bit long but its entertaining. Well acted, well written, and inspiring.

Operation Chromite (2016)

The Condemned (2007)

The Children of Huang Shi (2008)

I last saw GLORIA (1980) on VHS 🙂

Black Hole. (1979)

Not recently, but just wanted to say:

What is up with the ship designs? Lines all over the place, more lights then the Griswald Family Christmas. Just way, WAY too much detail.

You can't really even argue it was the times, plenty of sci-fi like Trek, Galactica, and Buck Rogers did sci fi ships better.

DARK SIDE OF THE RING CONFIDENTIAL:
THE MONTREAL SCREWJOB

Damn good shit.

Concrete Cowboy

Cold Persuit. 7/10

I liked certain aspects of it, it does keep you focused on what's going to happen next. I liked the gangster elements and the two groups, at times it was funny. I feel like it wanted to be funny but but wasn't sure what genre it was. The ending was ridiculous but it either made you love it or hate it.

Evil Dead (1981)

I hadn't seen it in probably 15 or 20 years. And more importantly I hadn't gone back to watch it since I had seen Part 2 and Army of Darkness. And the subtle sense of humor is there more clearly especially knowing Bruce Campbell more now. I love it. It's phenomenal for the time and budget. You have to sort of embrace the low budget, though.

Godzilla vs. Kong (2021)

It's big, it's loud, and it's meh. But I won't say I hated it per se.

Nickolas Nickleby

WONDER WOMAN 1984

I wish Fanny Packs had never gone out of style.

Devil (2010)

The Debt Collector (2018) with Scott Adkins and Louis Mandylor

Also, tried to watch Ironclad: Battle for Blood... but it was as bad as the reviews say or worse (4.4/10IMDb, 17%Rotten Tomatoes, 22%Metacritic).

The Unholy - 6/10 Story was good the CGI was horrible.

THE TREASURE OF THE SIERRA MADRE

Love me some Bogart.

I like that movie.

Yeah it really wasn’t all that bad, despite all the shit Shyamalan got for it. Like a long ep. of the old Twilight Zone series.
