Mortal Kombat 8/10.

Brotherhood of the Wolf: This movie is wild. It is simultaneously a French period piece, a horror film, a mystery, a martial arts film, a monster movie, and a political thriller all in one.

Conan the Barbarian: Arnie version, just saw it yesterday and had a blast. They don't make films like this anymore but they really should.

The Intouchables. French film 10/10. Brilliant movie about brotherhood and bonding. Not enough movies on the subject. You laugh so hard in one scene and cry at the end

HBO Max: Mortal Kombat, a 6/10 that I hoped would be more flavorful than it was.

Stand By Me (1986)

Another Stephen King/Rob Reiner film. It's not a horror film this time, though. It was really good.

I last saw ON THE EDGE OF INNOCENCE (1997) on VHS 🙂

Infinitum: Subject Unknown... 3/10 I couldn't figure out what the hell was going on, Ian McKellen couldn't save this lemon.

Bone And Shadow. Show/fantasy 10/10

I watched a documentary on Piper, which made me want to revisit this movie. It holds up pretty well after all this time.

Justice Society - WW2

Pretty good, but I like all DC animation.

Least it sounds like they used the same voice actor for the edit. Who Framed Roger Rabbit used a guy that didn't sound remotely like the nornal va for the gorilla bouncer in their "Wiseass" to "wiseguy" edit.
