Shes actually really pretty. Her acting ability was not that bad, just a bad script.
I actually rather liked this Cinderella, and that's coming from a dude...

I'm all for a good fairytale movie. Brothers Grimm is the preferred choice, has blood. Cinderella has the potential to be a good horror movie. I can picture the stepmother being an abusive terror and the step sisters torching Cinderella into submission, then Cinderella exacts her revenge by killing them.
Check out brothers Grimm Cinderella 1986, on YouTube. It's in parts.

I TBI k my favorite version of this story is EVER AFTER w. Drew Barrymore. Angelica Huston was engagingly evil and Dougray Scott was in his “I was almost Wolverine dammit” prime. Having Leonardo DaVinci as the Fairy Godmother was a nice twist.

Cry Macho... Its hard for me to take Clint Eastwood seriously anymore knowing that hes 90 years old. Punching people and chasing women,,,,,come on....
Seriously? That's crazy. He literally is 91 years old, I checked. I didn't realize he was that old. Yeah, definitely shouldn't be pretending to be an action star anymore. Honestly I haven't even seen a trailer for it, but I guess I'll pass. I liked The Mule pretty well, though.
Dune 2021 8/10
I kinda like this movie [Part 1] and do not want to compare it too much to the original because honestly, it was from a different decade.
Remakes are not supposed to change too much of the story unless there is a book that was published first that has a different version closer to the truth, so what gives?
The original made Paul seem like he was turning into a super being, same is true to the newer version, yet when Paul displays these superpowers, it seems like much isn't delivered. He just has powers but they are not really shown only talked of.
I am a bit cheesed that they made a few characters fall behind and have fewer scenes. Not sure if the emperor showed his face? Baron of House Harkonnen hardly had any scenes so it's safe to say that he will not be seen much until part 2?
Other than that, good acting by Paul's part and his mother, good filmography and a good script.
