(and lest people forget, he was in the same class at the Temple as that bastard Ascar)

( Yes, I see Gallador as a former idealist, who wanted Jedi to heal the mess that Republic was turning into, and became curious about the Darkside.

But then the Darkside corrupted him, and now his personality is a bit messed up- part of him still believes in his ideas, but he grew a bit cynical too- all those speeches justify his desire for greater power and a slight regret of what he has turned into.)

*stabs Ascar*

(Who was Ascar?)

Yeah right! You would have to outthink him first.

-

Scovione, of coursem, always told Gallador that no one person, or even group of people, had the right to try and dictate the terms of how the Galaxy is run to others- democracy must be respected within reasonable limits. Gallador could not accept the Order tied to a corrupt system- it is an all too sympathetic route to the Dark Side, altrusitic improvement turned into a desire for domination.

Anyone remember the name of Gundark's homeworld?

Oooh, Ascar would interest you, Gallador...

I never knew it to begin with, heh.

Rianna's just a super-tempermental nutcase who barely finished her Jedi training, and realized VERY quickly that the Dark Side was the better way to go....

Rand fell because he found the Sith to be more interesting, and experimented with the Dark Side of the Force. Also, frustrations and complications in training Padawans.

"No, Scovione did not ruin your business," Rand says. "Business ruined itself. Sannan...difficult person, did not take to the Jedi way..."

Rand thinks to himself of past allies in the Order, and past pupils. Three pupils did he take, one at a time; none had survived to Knighthood.

"Vataan went super nova, when I was just a lad," Rand recalls. "Dreadful incident. I was surprised that Kellan kept on her path...though, none where surprised when I left mine."

"Long before my time, Rand," Galder sighs. "Old fossil that you are."

"I fought Kellan...just once. Rah and Chion aided me."

"And this is one proud old fossil," Rand says, with a slight grin. "I've seen far more of the galaxy than you have, though I credit you with Zeiton."

Kellan can't even remember Vataan! It was a damn shame, of course, but it didn't affect her that much, she'd only ever been there as a newborn.

With a sudden realisation of what all the buzzing noises in his head means Rah blinks out of his drug induced stupor.

He looks out of the nearest view port and seeing the ship approaching for planet fall he jumps up and heads for the cockpit.
Then keeping his emotions in check he says "Hey Tanic how are we doing?" He watches over Tanics shoulder at his hands, how they work the controls making note of which controls he uses to adjust the ships vector.
He lifts his arm to scratch absently at his head then suddenly using nerve strike lashes out with his elbow into the side of Tanics head at the temple to knock him senseless. He makes a grab for the controls that will bring the ship up and away from the planet whilst saying "sorry pal, if we land on this planet we're all going to die!"

Takuan approaches...
"what are you talking about?"

Galder jumps up from his seat.

"Rah?! What the hell?"

Rand doesn't move, but glares from his seat, demanding explanation.

"Did you have a vision through the Force?" -Gallador seems interested and a bit worried.

he had more like a PM from ush, takuan thinks 😛

"What the hell are you doing?" Rianna asks.

There's really not much time for a debate. Rah just hit Tanic whilst he was trying to make his final approach, causing Tanic to flip the ship over.

As this is an extremely delicate part of re-entry, this sends the ship totally out of control.

Alarm signals start blaring. Your gyroscope has losts its bearing and the ship is now in a spinning death dive!

what does a quick insight on rah's mind indicate? Takuan want's to see if he has gone mad....
