hmm however surely if you are looking for a new premisis when you do move sites, if it is outside the distance dictated by the standard employment law that call for employees to be obliged to move with the business, which it is likely to be given your oft noted destinations are far apart, then wont you require a new contract then anyway, also a new drive in search of locals for jobs...
