Apparently not the religion forums, because it's always been a personal decision! I'm not trying to be hurtful, but instances like this, members opinions aren't usually going to be strong enough to sway an adminstrators personal convictions.

This is really disturbing me. Exactly WHAT is that you people have against me? This is the SECOND instances, and I've also got reports of people talking behind my back. If you're taking issue to how I am conducting myself, let me know, otherwise, how do you expect me to be more efficient?

People ''outside administrive decisions'' are basically members. And they are rather important. Not to speak for Raz or anything, but all Raz does (the forum making and moving and such) he does in order for the members to feel happy. As Storm already mentioned, the opinions of those 'outsiders' as you called them, are rather important.
I'll say it again, including the Religion forums? He stated precisely why they were moved. Granted, member feedback created the forum, which looks to have always been troubled, otherwise it wouldn't be DE-moted, which I'll assume was strictly Raz's decision, given the people who disagree with it.
I realize feedback is important, but certain issues aren't going to include their input, if they realize it, it's pointless to argue.

who would you call an outsider? 😕 Am I an outsider because I'm not a mod... does that make my opinion any less valid than your own?Or is my opinion worth more than that of a "noob" with only 30 posts?
are we talking experience, post count, intelligence, modliness, what? 😛
Drop the whole "outsider" charade, you guys, again, misinterpreted what I was suggesting. I'm an "outsider" as well, and I never claimed to be anything other than that. The promotion or demotion of something that involves a personal conviction such as RELIGION is precisely that. Personal. If Raz chooses NOT to promote it on HIS site, then so be it. OUR input, again, more times than not, won't be taken into account because it's an administrative decision.

All peoples opinions have the same value, whether a mods, a new members, a senior member, whoever.
Would a CEO heed Donald Trump's advice at the same value as someone who just started a real estate firm? No. If someone is better business minded than another, and has a prven track record, one opinion is obviously going to be more valuable than the other. No question that everyone's opinion is important, given that situation CALLS for others opinions, unlike the Religion thread decision, but what you say simply isn't true.

People, lets not blow this out of proportion. CA did not mean to offend anyone.Let me just state that I do take into account what members have to say. The suggestion thread itself should make this pretty obvious.
Not at all, and the sooner everyone realizes it, the better off you'll all be. Sorry that articulate myself in a way that isn't exactly "common". I'm pretty business minded, having attended a trade school, being an entreprenuer myself, I conduct myself professionally, aaaaaand I'm a debate freak, so if I go on a tangent, like this, forgive me.
I love all of you, value your opinions of me, and only want the best for the entire board. Misinterpretation has followed me around all my years, just know "outsiders" was a fluke, and you guys took it the TOTALLY wrong way.
Now, if Raz admits that his decision to demote the Religion forums was based on the overwhelming opinions of the board members, and not his own convictions, then I'll eat crow and step down as a moderator if necessary.
However, if his decision was soley personal, then maybe you'll see that not everyone's opinion influences every executive decision on this board, and that I was absolutely right in my rebuttal.
