I'm not an idiot. Maybe all the drug users you know and have ever heard of are, but I am not. Nor are all the drug users I know.
There is a big difference between being a drug user and a drug abuser.
I can have a perfectly good time without using drugs, mushrooms being the only ones I ever use, have used or will use. I use them not because of what I lack, but because of what there is to be gained or at least see. I said myself that I use them very rarely and on occasion then remembering where my mind was capable of going while on the influence of mushrooms, trying to work out how to reach that state without the drugs. So without having tried it and seeing the effects it has, you are in no way qualified to call me an idiot for using it. Drug users are not idiots, people who research the substances and chemicals they are about to use before they get into them, are not idiots. People who take drugs and abuse them, people who buy from random dealers on the street, are more or less idiots.

clapping I agree with AC, but it's widely accepted that BF's generalisations are just his way of dealing with life in a non complicated fashion, something I wish I was capable of.
Yeah I agree, he can live his life however the hell he wants to as long as it doesn't interfere with me. However, if you live just so life seems less complicated, I think that's a bit silly. So is making generalisations to add to that.
Life and your own life will cross paths alot, so don't try to separate the two.
Life doesn't try to make itself any simpler for us, because it's not meant to be.

Don't you think drugs should be legalised? I mean if everyone took drugs then everyone would be happy, there would be a higher death rate which would reduce the population (which is good) and everyone could live excellent lives coz we'd all be happy, free and wouldnt have to worry about money coz we're high!

Drugs won't be legalised for the simple reason that everyone believes they are a problem.
Drugs are not the problem, the way they are dealt is the problem.
There will always be drug abusers and drug addicts but if people could go into a store and buy the drugs there'd be alot less muggings. Yeah, poor people are gonna still mug people for money to buy drugs regardless of where but then again so is an alcoholic.
I never understood who any government were to tell me what I can and cannot use. If their argument is "Drugs can endanger the people taking them and others around them" then all you gotta say is "Alcohol buddy. How does that fit in?". The world could also then benefit off the money being made by legal marijuana and mushrooms sales, being that they grow naturally and no production factories and labs are needed to make them.
