i like this one...

EDIT:

i don't like putting text in the pic itself... i think it ruins the whole effect of the picture.

yes there are many clues about Brandt feeling such as him having to get his interval adjusted that means he either is overdosing or underdosing.

and he always smiled. that was such a big give away.

yeah, i noticed brandt always smiling, it was ridiculous

they called it rebellion in japan.

yea the Korean case looks awsome

No it is a fictional Kata that Kurt Wimmer created for the movie

actually your wrong gunkata does exist as an actual martial art! 😄

gun kata!

as for the movie i loved it! even though it was wrong to play off another movie to gain fame this movie is just great! the martial art scenes were very original and the storytelling was clear enough to follow!8.5/10

Edit: okay it is somewhat ficitonal but the concepts and forms are sound so its still just as good!

"2.Is it real?
Unfortunately, no. The kata is real, that is what this site strives to teach, the movements of gunkata. It is pretty to watch, and fun to do. It may have some real-life applications, but we may never really get to know that."

😛

But you're right, the forms are true. 😄

yeah sorry i only caught that just before you posted. but hey you gotta admit this sounds original and pretty nice since it would help out in real life right?

No Gun Kata is fictional. I watched the directors commentary and he even states it. That website was probably made by a gun ho EQ fan. I have been to that website it even has things about EQ.

yes but still you have to admit this movie has contributed a nice piece of work to the martial arts community by creating it. I mean cmon look at these pics!

i havent looked into it yet but im sure gun kata is just a combination of Kata.

Why did Equilibrium never hit UK cinemas?

I have had Equilibrium on DVD for quite a while now and something that bothers me is the question "i never remember this being out at the Cinema?"
Equilibrium was such a great film and i certainly would have enjoyed it more if i had seen it in the cinema.
The Gunfight scenes were the best i have ever scene. However short they were.
Please help me. Did this not come out at Uk cinemas ( if so, why?) or am i just being silly and making this up?

thats a very damn good point! i dont remember it either!

Yep, nice pic by the way is it the original Dawn of the Dead by any chance?
Gaz

I think i do if i try, but it might not have been equilibrium

Christian Bale played the main character to perfect performance.
I totaly believed in it.
But how do you think he will cope as Batman in Batman begins.
However he does he cant be worse than George Clooney or Val Kilmer.
The last 2 batman films were such a dissapointment.
But i think the crown of batman still will lie with Michael Keaton.

It played in cinemas near where I am, a short run though.

I think he will be perfect in Batman Begins.

Probably.
He has the acting skills to fit the part.
Looks a good film. Also got Gary Oldman - GREAT ACTOR
gaz

I remember going to see it in an ODEON cinema in manchester, UK
