"And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is God."-Matthew 19:17 (Words of christ) So don't TELL ME that crap of do or do not. That's the talk of cowards, all ways looking for an excuse to get out of responsibility. Christians accept their sin when they sin, and ask for forgivness, that's why Jesus died for us, so we COULD be forgiven. So don't act like you know what your talking about when you don't. 😉

"Do or do not, there is no try," is an edict for one to never attempt an objective, only to accomplish it. It is not an abdication of responsibility in any sense.
Matthew 19:17, "And He said to him, 'Why are you asking me about what is good? There is only One who is good,'" is not a statement of personal responsibility; If anything, it is an excuse for the short comings of Christians.

Why must you judge others?
"Stop judging others and you will not be judged. For others will treat you as you treat them. Whatever measures you use in judging others, it will be used to measure how you are judged. And why worry about a speck in your friend’s eye when you have a log in your own? How can you think of saying, ‘Let me help you get rid of the speck in your eye,’ when you can’t see past the log in your own eye? Hypocrite! First get rid of the log from your own eye; then perhaps you will see well enough to deal with the speck in your friend’s eye." (Matthew 7:1-5)

Do not confuse "judgement" or the "assessment of situations or circumstances and the drawing of sound conclusions" with "criticism" or the "expression of disapproval".
god made you so he has the right to judge you,,, god could easily take you to hell or heaven, but he brought you to earth so he can proof it for you and show you the mistakes that you have done, if god just kept you in hell you will say "god i didn't do anything so u keep me in hell" now your here as a proof to see what you are doing

[*]Yes, "...," indeed. Considering that you agreed with me on the issue, there certainly was no need to qualify it with a response.

2. The 'tone' of my post hardly oozed with the arrogance with which yours did.
3. Indeed again, but I didn't want to leave it out in my numbering.
4. Yes, my behavior is generally consistent. Does it represent my firm adherence to my faith? Yes. God getting angry isn't anything new. I shall not force emotion where there is none. Doing so would be acting as a true hypocrite, from which the word was derived. What would be the point in faking sadness or making myself cry? To manipulate others? What would the benefit be?
"Do or do not"? Humans aren't so good at that. We do, we do not, and a lot of times we try to do but fail to succeed. Don't criticize me for a fault to which I have already admitted guilt. I can admit my own mistakes; you either will not or refuse to acknowledge them.

Since my posts have had the same 'format' as yours, I only thought it appropriate to point out how jeering at me for making similar statements was inappropriate on your behalf.2. [*]Again, do not conflate the issue; it is not about the tone of your posts, the tone or my posts, or whose tone is worse. The issue is complaining about behavior and then behaving in the same manner that you just complained about.

[*]Geoffrey L. Rudd once said, "In the last analysis we must be judged by what we do and not by what we believe. We are as we behave, with a very small margin of credit for our unmanifested vision of how we might behave if we could take the trouble."
In other words, the point I am trying to convey is that one should live truth instead of professing it.[/list]
I understand that it is not your wish that this discussion degenerate any further, and that is something I can respect.

god doesnt rule in hell
God doesn't rule -IN- hell, but he rules over it. Don't make the mistake of thinking satan rules hell, as I've said before, hell is a place CREATED by god for punishment. Satan will suffer in hell all the same. Satan, I believe, WAS given the earth as a kingdom...or something like that. But sometimes it's hard to pick folktale from real scriptures. Folktale= Satan ruling hell.
god rules everything, he has the power to make things and destroy things by one word, and i didn't mean that u are in hell before you come here, it was an example if ur in hell or heaven i said,
God rules all of us its just about ppl don't believing in him, if ppl think jesus is the god or the son of the god i would say thats totally wrong, jesus is a normal human who god brought to earth like other prophets, he was here to teach human the right from the wrong and tell them who is the real god who created earth and everything in 6 days...

True, and usually it's not a "one strike and your out policy". I have always had something of a problem viewing Gods demands for belief. After all, really, he offers no proof, it can seem, so its understandable people don't believe, but when they die and all and supposedly see God, they don't get a chance to repent then? Why ever not? I mean, it seems so cold to effectively have a cut of date for someones eternal soul (especially considering the belief you could have been a right basterd in life, but if you say sorry on your death bed, well, it's all good...)

To be forgiven in life, you have to REALLY want forgivness. Not because of fear, but love. That's why if you WERE mean all of your life, and just said it for "reassurance" it wouldn't work. God's not stupid. But as for him punishing. You have to understand that he DID give us much proof when Jesus came, but no one believed, so what more can he do? Besides, by coming down and showing himself, OFCOURSE people will follow him. But following by faith allown, shows him you love him. About hell. I think it's a just punishment. God doesn't enjoy sending people to hell, they send themselves there. He gave a choice that came along with free will to sin, or not to sin? 😛 The choice is ours, and we often have a lifetime to make it. 😎
Looking at it a different way...All Adam and Eve wanted is some knowledge, only knowledge..thats it! And because they wanted knowledge not only were they condemned to hell for ever, but the entire human race..billions and billions of people are condemned also...
The funny thing for humans..We crave knowledge...
