"i will tell you....." ock began to say, "NOTHING!!"

"Ock, I can kill you so easliy, so i recommend you tell"
Said Surfer gripping him by the neck

ock began to go red in the face. "ok..ok...... ill tell you......just....gak!.....let go of your grip...ARRRGGHHH!" ok said trying to catch his breath

Scarlet Spider watched intently as Doctor Ocktopus said "It was Green Goblin." in a slight whisper

He tried to study ock's eyes and he couldnt tell whether he was lying or not

"Wait... didnt the green goblin die?"Banner asked confusedly "and if he wasnt why would you work for him?"

"osborn....he..he's too strong. if i refused, he would kill me. the main target is spider-man. i can tell you all you want, just dont kill me..i had no choice. i dont want to be evil. release me and ill tell you anything you ask" ock said

"Why should we release you? You'll tell us anyway.We have you trapped!" Scarlet added

"Well..." Ock said, "You'll have to trust me then"

Scarlet saw in Ocks eyes that he was fickle. "NO, why did osbourne put you up to this and why is he alive?"

Captain America stood behind Octavius and listened intently to the conversation. It made sense; Osbourne certainly had the resources, and his hatred of Spider-Man was inarguable. And according to the S.H.I.E.L.D./Avengers security file on him, he had somehow managed to cheat an apparent death several times in the past. But was he capable of controlling and coordinating all of these villians simultaneously?

Cap stepped forward and pulled Octavious' head roughly to the side, revealing what he suspected. Some sort of control chip, implanted just below the skin. "Here's part of our answer. How long have you had this little piece of jewelry, Octavius? Did Osbourne, or whoever, implant it with your knowledge, or are you just another ignorant pawn like the Rhino?"

"I.....I ......He made me...." Ock stammered

"He made you what?" Scarlet Spider asked

"Hes so powerful...He has just developed a new...." he stopped and screamed loudly as Captain America leaned over noticing that the chip was electrocuting him and starting to vibrate

"Osbourne doesn't want us to know something..." Captain America said

"Damn... maybe I can dis able it..." he activated his finger lazer and started to sawder the chip.

ock was in intense pain. the chip was starting to fry his brain. "OSBORN!!!!!!!!" the chip didnt deactivate. instead it charged more electricity through his brain. "OH GOD IT HURTS!!!!! PLEASE GET IT OUT!!!!!!!! ARRRGGGGGGHHHHHH!" ocks tentacles activated and started flaying everywhere. after a few seconds the tentacles took out the chip and ock fainted

"well, Now we find osbourne..." Scarlet Spider whispered..."He is probably in a lab to develop this "thing" ock was talking about or actually control that chip of his"

"Hey Cap... Maybe you should call the vault and put this clown away?"

the heros could hear a noise. it was coming closer, all of a sudden a huge green figure came flying down, grabbed ock and threw bombs at the heros. he was laughing horribly. he took ock away and was about to punish him

Cap covered himself and the rest of the heroes as best he could as the Goblin's pumpkin bombs exploded amongst them. As the smoke cleared, he watched Osbourne fly out of reach on his glider, the terrified Octavius in tow.

"Spider-Man, Scarlet Spider, after him! Surfer, get in front of him and try and cut him off!" Cap ran toward the Avengers' QuinJet.

ock woke up and looked up at the glider "IM TIRED OF BEING YOU WORTHLESS DUMMY OSBORN!!!" ock said as he used his tentacles to knock goblin off his glider and to smash the glider to pieces. ock then went pummelting down and started fighting the goblin while getting ever closer to the ground

Surfer jumped into the air and cut Goblin off, with eyes and fists glowing he charged at Goblin

ock joined the battle and started pummeling goblin

Banner was about to help but he was furious he struggled to stay in control but failed and busting the armor as grew the incredible Hulk!

This was a dangerous situation for Scarlet Spider: Hulk started rampaging, Ock and Green Goblin are fighting, blowing stuff up, and this was one of the worst days of his life.

He followed Captain America to the Quin Jet and Cap supplied him with a tranquilizer gun

Scarlet aim at G.G.'s neck and fired....BULLSEYE!

Ock turned full aware that he was next. he didnt get what he expected though because Hulk came up behind him and threw him into a wall. Scarlet then hit hulk and tranquilized him

"Nice Aim" Captain America commended
