We dont know if ba is as fast or slower than cap; its all speculation since they dont have that many showings in comics to help us with this answer.
We can only base our judgement off of on panel fights and we seen how those went.

As for the fight, I'd go with Captain Marvel. These two are so close it just about every category, its damn near a draw but I'd give Cap the slight advantage thanks to Superman's magic vulnerability. As for the heat vision....its an impressive weapon but I've seen Superman withstand far worse and in my mind Superman's durability = Captain Marvel's durability.

You make baseless claims about Captain Marvel being stronger then Superman. You try to twists what happens in certain issues and make them look as if it unimpressive, or just too impressive. You claim that Superman is slower then CM. You claim that CM has better durability.
First of, if you want to claim such stuff at least be prepared with some scans to help your argument and not say that you don't remember where it's from and tell me to wait endlessly for a scan that will never come.
Second of all, there are no scans, or feats that can help your baseless claims. There were never any scans that I know of that says CM>Superman in strength. There are no scan of CM being faster then Superman. There are no scans to prove that CM has a better Durability. There are only a few statements that say Superman and CM are seen as peers and they are nearly the same. Though, that is when Superman is at calm levels.
By using feats the characters have accomplished Superman>CM. That you can not argue. Though, if we go by statements, Superman still wins. Why? Because there are a dozen of scans which state that Superman is the strongest on the planet. There are but a few that suggest Superman is his equal, not his inferior.
You posted scans of CM blitzing. Though, you can't claim how fast he was going. Not to mention, Superman wasn't ready, nor was he looking for a fight. I am sure WW, MM, Batman, or anyone can blitz even Flash if he isn't expecting it, or noticing them. That one panel feat means nothing. This is why I ask for scan of him blitzing in a fight.
As far as magic goes, I'll have you know that Superman has taken hits from magical beings and never went down. Magical beings like Shazam, Marvel himself, BA, Etrigan, and a few more.
As for as the KO Superman got from CM. Marvel himself admitted he was lucky. Not to mention that Superman didn't see him coming, and it was 2x cheap shots. That's not a measure stick.
Let's not forget that Superman always holds back. This is why he has to many peers. When he doesn't hold back, look at the OWAW arc. Superman easily surpasses what entire JLA can hardly do. His mentality hold him back., It makes him have compassion, makes him human.
So to make a claim that CM>Superman, it's rather stupid. At most, one can claim that Superman and CM are equal.

JL, I'm tired of telling you the same thing over and over again. I dont think that Cap is>but I do think that he'll get the majority, like a 6/10 due to showings.
And you say that Superman holds back while fighting Captain Marvel, I want you to prove that Cap does not hold back against his idol. Look at the scans above that PR posted, its pretty much clear that Cap would never hurt Superman to a degree of killing him.

So since Superman is so much faster than Captain Marvel, instead of throwing him to batman for assistance, why didnt he just out sped and maneauver him and take him out of the fight by himself. Why would he even make a statement like that (cap having the advantage h2h) if he is so much faster than captain marvel?
