Do you want to put your brain into gear and think about some basic differences between this crash and a normal accidental plane crash and why there is more debris at those than at the Pentagon?...Here's some help.
In a normal crash, the pilot is actually trying to PREVENT the plane from crashing....Therefor the plane is going slowly so as to prevent damage and give people the best chance of survival...In this case the pilot WANTED to crash the plane and actually accelerated to around 500mph before hitting the Pentagon...That's about 4 times faster than a plane during a typical crash. If you double the speed of something you quadruple the force with which is carries...In this case it hit with 16 times the force of a plane in a normal crash.
Now...Onto the Pentagon itself...The Pentagon is a building designed to withstand direct bomb blasts. A plane is a thin tube of aluminuim. Generally quite easy to see which would come off worse in this situation.
As for the lawn question...It didn't skid along the long...It was in the air...I notice you conveniently left out the fact that there was a trail of destroyed street light all the way up to the Pentagon where the plane's wings took them out as it flew toward the building.
So...While you might be right about me being an a*****e...I'm the one who's right about the subject.
i know. that sounds legit, it would make sense that a hi jacked plane, going at that speed, would be going faster to potentially do more damage.
i never said you couldnt be right. im an open minded person, thats all you had to do.

actually, I do believe the government has done a lot to cover up certain aspects of the attack, but what they are covering up is mostly infighting between agencies like the FBI and CIA, and general incompotence in the intelligence community. There are issues like some of the hijackers, known on "watch lists", living under those names after being watched entering the country, or them living and planning with someone who was a current FBI informant. The whole conspiracy shit actually is the best cover the government could ever hope for. I don't address these things ever because the best response I can expect is to either start a truther off on a rant or be called one myself. These conspiracies essentially shield the government from legitimate criticism about the attacks, and certainly have taken up media time that should have been devoted to asking real questions. Hell, I can't say for sure that the stuff I know as being a valid question even is, because there is almost no reasonable investigation of the topic, its either "this is why the government is evil" or "this is why conspiracy nuts are wrong"
that makes a lot of sense. so, in a way, everyone kind of avoided the main topic. hmmm.
