I say no. At that point in your life there is such a large gap in the development of 16 and 20 year olds. I do not mean physically, or really even mentally (since it is very possible for the 16 year old to be as mature as the 20 year old). I am talking about maturity based on life experiences.

What? It's sex. Who cares about life experiences? It's a physical act.

Worry about philosophical compatibility if you're considering living with the person.

well me and her want a family but we don't want her mom going after us because of her age we don't know what to do. her mom already tried to get me arrested we don't know how we can hide something like that from her mom because she can tell when my fiancee is lie

In my opinion it's wrong. First of all, because it's too early for a girl to have sex when she is 16, no matter what the age of her partner.
