Its completely relevant because i was trying to portray the range of abilities storm has at her disposal so that everyone could see she isnt limited to the weather and that she could be very versatile in a confrontation. Storms ability to psionically manipulate ambient energy is featured heavily in xtreme xmen and uncanny xmen throughout the years it is also stated in the ultimate Xmen hardback book which got realeased a few years bk and contains in depth bios on the xmen and their adversaries. I suggest a few of u purchase it brush up on your knowledge b4 u come on to this post spouting ill informed nonsense.

No, it's not relevant. She can't harness cosmic power. The most common, used, portrayed version of Storm, never hinted to or displayed an ability beyond that of weather control. Stop going by the bios.

I went into the whole trion affair to show u that if she was limited to controlling the weather itself and not the energy patterns behind it then why was she able to do the things she did. Storm recently stated in uncanny xmen that she perceives energy patterns and she would watch the movement of the patterns during a storm and try and reconstruct the event. She did this until she learned how to create winds, lightning and rain. Thank you

While out in space she can manipulate the energy whats ambient as has been shown in the past(brood saga) and supported in the present (xtreme). yeah she's done it before. in one book I was reading the x-men were fighting some kind of planet eating whale type of thing and it was about to reproduce and sstorm was able to control plasma in it because it is one of the elements there. she was also moving planets in it, but I don't think this counts cause it was an actual book instead of a comic

Ambient atmospheric energy (the one she can control) is different to cosmic energy. She can't do all this stuff, stop acting like she can.
