Way to go Marvel, you just took a huge dump on Morrison's arc. It was already bad enough that they completely ignored Wolverine finally finding out his history( check out The End--he doesn't know jack). I hate how they pick and choose which parts of Morrison's run they want to include in current continuity.

I mean, I knew that they were going to revive Magneto sooner or later--but with a half arsed explanation like that? That completely took the steam out of the entire Planet X arc. It concluded with great deaths for a great villain and heroine (albeit for the umpteenth time), now it's just an average arc.

Well, Uncanny is actually readable now--plus Alan Davis is doing the art so that's a big plus.
Astonishing REALLY should've just been a new arc in New X-Men instead of an entirely new book (even though it's currently the best of the X-books).
X-Men is just screwed. Chuck Austen was crap, but I had high hopes for Milligan considering I loved his run on X-Force/X-Statix (a book that was unfairly cancelled). So far it looks like his run is gonna suck, but I'll give him one more arc to change my mind.

Yeah, Grant's run was awesome, but only one thing bothered me about it: Wolverine's Deus Ex beating of Weapon XV.

It seemed like Grant had built him up to be so unstoppable that he didn't really know how someone would be able to beat him. He had already shown that Weapon XV could stand up to Logan's claws in a previous issue , but in the end Logan managed to gut him "when he let his guard down."

Riiiiiiight. 🙄

Jubilee can detonate matter on atomic scale or something. That doesn't make her Omega, though.

If the writers make her Omega, I will personally hunt them down and torture them for weeks, then kill them.

Logan blew Weapon XV, the satellite and himself up but he and Weapon XV landed on Asteroid M (the part of the satellite they were in crashed into it). In X-Men 36 (Phalanx covenant) we were shown just how powerful Jubilee can be. When she (along with the White Queen, Banshee, Sabertooth, and Synch) was about to be overwhelmed by a group of Phalanx, Emma Frost linked up her and Synch's minds.

She used Synch( who had acessed Jubilee's power) to "detonate the very matter with which these techno-organic beings are composed of on a sub-atomic level". Basically he made them go boom. BIG TIME.

Jubille is also capable of doing this, but she holds back because she is afraid of hurting (even killing) someone. It's never been said just HOW powerful she would be when she fully realizes her potential, but apparently she's supposed to be pretty high up on the food chain.

IMO she still won't be Omega level though.
