Wanda can affect reality in someways, but she doesn't have enough potential to affect it in enourmous ways. It is more like an luck power, similar to Domino and Longshot.

Neither of them are Omegas.

Have you read disassembled? Like stormfront said, Wanda has gotten ridiculously powerful. So much so that The New Avengers and X-Men are going to have to get together to decide if she lives or dies.

It's going to play out in a "Crisis"-like event called House of M. I hear a couple of B and C-listers are gonna take a dirt nap, and previously dead characters might come back from the dead.

Rogue is, no doubt. She might be the most powerful. 'Cause she can any power she wants. 😉
